MSc Global Wildlife Health and Conservation
Our MSc in Global Wildlife Health and Conservation is taught as a collaboration between the University of Bristol and Bristol Zoological Society.
The course prepares you for a career as a wildlife professional with the skills and knowledge needed to handle the practical situations that today’s professional wildlife biologists face.
Students will gain an in-depth knowledge into the health and conservation of wildlife. This unique one-year course includes practical experience, field trips and mentoring delivered by world-leading veterinarians, conservationists and animal welfare and behaviour experts at Bristol Zoological Society and the University of Bristol.
You'll benefit from teaching based at the Bristol Veterinary School in Langford and Bristol Zoological Society’s facilities, including access to one of the UK’s leading conservation zoos at our 136-acre Bristol Zoo Project site. You also have access to the University’s support facilities in central Bristol.
